Our hand rolled sourdough bagels have drawn praise from many corners of the city, including esteemed food writer Ruth Reichel. Long fermented for a slight sour true New York flavor, these bagels are perfect with a schmear and a topping of Lox, or served simply warmed with a spread of salted butter. 28 assorted bagels.

Care Notes
All our collections include breads shipped fresh from our bakery on the day they are baked. They are packaged in freezer ready bags, and we’ve included waxed “counter top” bags as well.  You can enjoy your breads immediately or freeze them up to 4 weeks for later enjoyment. If your bread crusts have softened in shipping, as they may, breads can be refreshed in a 350 degree oven until crisp.  

All our breads are produced in a bakery that utilizes allergens including wheat, eggs, soy, seeds and tree nuts. All our breads are dairy free and certified Kosher.
