To make our artisan breads, Orwashers’ team of master bakers blends original starters with the highest quality all‐natural ingredients, including unbleached, unbromated flour from upstate NY farmers.  Next, we hand shape dozens of varieties of loaves and bake them to perfection in our new state‐of‐the art facility in the South Bronx.
