This bread has a slightly sour, aerated interior similar to the Cabernet Rustica; however, it boasts a crust studded with toasted sesame seeds. Inside, you'll experience a slight hint of sour that matches up with Sesamo's chewy crust. The extra crunch and flavor makes it great for grilling paninis and soaking up sauces.
