Chardonnay Miche, also a member of our Artisan Wine Bread collection, has a similar provenance to the Cabernet Rustica and Sesamo.

The Chardonnay Miche combines whole wheat flour with our dark rye and chardonnay wine grape starters.  This pairing creates a bread that boasts a dark-baked crust and a tangy, chewy interior great for traditional cheese plates and artisan sandwiches.  

The Chardonnay Miche epitomizes traditional French baking techniques, with a little NYC thrown in for good measure.
